Interns will review small to medium businesses within the US to determine whether they are appropriate acquisition targets based on factors including size, industry, and current ownership dynamics, akin to the private equity target evaluation process. 

Start and end dates are flexible. Interns are expected to work for a minimum of 10 weeks for 10 hours a week.  Interns can either work in Watertown, Massachusetts or remotely.
